CP8 Precision Positioning Tables for Clean Room Applications. Standard IDC precision tables can be used in applications with clean room requirements up to Class 1000 (per U.S. Federal Standard 209 (E)). For more stringent clean room requirements, IDC provides a standard Class 100 clean room environmental preparation. This new option shortens the design and implementation time typically associated with demanding environmental requirements.
