Marysville, Ohio, April 4 - Denison Hydraulics recently released its newest and largest capacity double rear drive vane pump. Manufactured at Denison's Vierzon, France, facility, the new pump, called T6EE/T6EES, is available (with a 4 in. common inlet) in all the same displacements as the single unit T6E. Maximum flow from each section is 125 gpm at 1800 rpm.

The T6EE is rated for operating pressures up to 3480 psi (240 bar) with displacements from 8.7 in3/rev - 16.4 in3 rev. It is available with an SAE "B" rear drive option, and both ISO and SAE standards (the T6EE is ISO and the T6EES is SAE "D" mount).

The 121-lb. pump is a 12-vane uni-rotational unit, therefore the port plates must be changed in order to change pump rotation.

Potential applications include:

  • Off-highway dump trucks
  • Mining reclaimers
  • Plastic injection molding
  • Die casting
  • Forging presses
  • Cement plants
  • Large cooling and filtration systems
  • Steering cranes
  • Winches
  • Ship loader/unloader systems

Denison Hydraulics is a leading global manufacturer of hydraulic components and systems for off-highway and construction vehicles; for mining equipment; for pulp and paper, chemicals and other processing equipment; for ships and ordnance equipment; and for such in-plant machines as machine tools, plastic molding, die casters and stamping presses.
