Air driven hydraulic pumps take a new direction this year with the launch of the P901 series from Hydronic Corporation. Designed and manufactured in the United States, the new P901 range has seven models with pressures from 600 psi to 10,000 psi. Each pump measures just 5" x 4" x 3" and costs less than $400.

Traditional line mounted pumps have been on the market for many years, along with the fluid leakage points around their threaded connections. This new style pump bolts directly onto a manifold, eliminating the threaded pipe connections to valves.

Circuit components can also benefit from Hydronic Corporation's new double acting design because the piston return spring has been eliminated, taking out an element of mechanical shock. Hydronic Corporation designs and manufactures sir driven pumps and intensifiers for clamping, workholding and materials handling. Their product line now has 32 models, with flows up to 6 gallons per minute.
