April 4, 2000 - Parker's new line of D3W directional control valves incorporates new solenoid technology to provide the highest flow in the industry. The valve is direct-operated, providing up to 40 GPM. Traditionally, applications that required flow rates in excess of 25 GPM would mandate the use of a larger, pilot-operated valve.

This new directional valve is smaller, lighter, and provides an opportunity for customers to reduce their costs. Also, the valve is environmentally friendly - there is a low wattage coil version available, which saves energy and preserves natural resources. Typical applicatons include machine tools, die casting, construction and plastic molding equipment, and general factory automation.
