LM76 SlipStream Linear Slide

E. Longmeadow, MA - New “Slipstream” Series 1 linear stages are available from LM76, Inc.! These low cost, ready-to-run, compact linear stages feature 0.2 mm/300 mm accuracy and 0.1 mm repeatability. Available in travel lengths to 6 meters these easy to install precision stages have “T-Slots” on three sides for installation and/or accessories. The “Slipstream” linear stages are ideal for: Robotics, pick-and-place, assembly, packaging, sampling, testing and other precision positioning applications.

Motor options for “Slipstream” linear stages include a NEMA 23 Stepper, and a 100 W or 200 W servo-motor with encoder. Motors can be mounted on the left or right side and a fail-safe brake is available as an option. Mounting configurations include: X, Y, and Z axes, and gantries

Stock “Off-the-Shelf” travel lengths to 3 meters are shipped in less than 2 weeks. Steel precision profile rails handle dynamic loads to 22.3 KN, and the 50 mm wide, steel reinforced polyurethane timing belt features a max belt strength @3000 rpm of 1300 N for long life in high duty cycle applications.

Stainless steel models of these compact, low profile (83 mm wide x 73 mm high) stages are also available.
