| New! The Smallest 2-Phase Hybrid Stepper!
Santa Clara, CA - Lin Engineering, the technical leader in step motor design, is proud to introduce the smallest 2-phase hybrid stepper to date; the 208. This 1.8º Bipolar Nema 8 Miniature Step Motor is intended for applications where space is limited.
The motor measures only 0.79” square and is available in two stack sizes; 1.30” and 1.69” in length. Although it weighs a mere 0.13 lbs it is still capable of up to 4.2 oz-in of holding torque depending on stack size. The 208 is also available with a standard rear shaft extension.
The 208 step motor is ideally suited for applications in the following industries: medical, communications, semiconductor and robotics.
Lin Engineering has earned the reputation as the technical leader in step motor design with the ability to “Maximize Torque at Desired Speed.”
