| High Vacuum Servo Motor
Deer Park, NY, - NUTEC introduces a high-vacuum compatible, brushless high-torque servo motor in an extremely compact envelope size.
The size is a standard NEMA #23 with a metric envelope of 62x62mm square by 45 mm long. This motor develops an impressive torque level of 54 oz in (0.381 Nm) continuous and 162 oz in (1.14Nm) peak with a drive voltage of 60 - 175VDC.
The motor packaging provides a rear shaft extension for installation of rotary encoders, a turnknob, or other accessories. This motor would typically be employed in driving precision positioning stages required to perform in clean room or vacuum environment, for such applications as: • Semiconductor fabrication• Wafer handling devices• R&D• Bio-medical and laboratory applications
