| T-Max Series Rotary Stages
Deer Park, NY - The T-Max series is a precision rotary stage series for today's high performance technology environment. It is driven by a powerful brushless servo torque motor with an integrated high resolution rotary encoder for closed loop servo feedback. The rotating hub is suspended with a large diameter cross-roller bearing on top and a duplex angular ball bearing at the bottom for high load capacity and excellent running characteristics.
The lack of any mechanical drive components increases life expectancy dramatically and extends MTBF and service intervals. In most installations, the stage is an unlimited life component.
Smooth, low friction rotary motion with a large speed range and zero backlash are key advantages of this T-Max series of rotary stages. Low noise and low vibration are attractive features in precision applications as well as low hysteresis. A single piece rotating hub design affords rugged mechanical stability and integrity and increased precision under load.
The cross-roller top bearing offers extreme stiffness and outstanding dynamic characteristics with low axial and radial run out even at maximum load.
